On the Road Again

We drove the 5 hours from the Forgotten World (Taumarunui) to Wellington, New Zealand's capital. Since I am the navigator, I was shocked that we didn't get lost. I have a notoriously horrible sense of direction. I studied for the trip like a test, and we made it just fine. Jeff is becoming quite the expert at opposite side of the road driving. Along the way we stopped at a park for Natalie to have some fun. We made the mistake of getting lunch from the burger truck, but the park was still great. Less than 2 weeks ago it had been closed due to flooding from the local river.

It was spitting rain when we arrived in Welington, but the next day greeted us with an amazing Karaka Bay View and sunny skies.
